By joining the server, the player agrees to the rules listed below and commits to following them.

General Rules

1. Players must abide by the valid laws of the Czech and Slovak Republics.
2. It is strictly forbidden to promote Nazism, racism, or other ideologies that violate human rights. This applies to everything on the server: chat, builds, items, and any other content.
3. Advertising other gaming servers, Discord, or TeamSpeak is prohibited. Mentioning a server name in a conversation is not considered advertising.
4. Insulting or mocking the server is forbidden. If you do not like it here, you are not obliged to play.
5. Circumventing the server rules in any way is prohibited.

Server-Specific Rules

1. Impersonating or using a nickname similar to a member of the Admin Team, YouTubers, or Streamers is forbidden.
2. Exploiting or hiding bugs is prohibited. If you find a bug, report it to a member of the Admin Team immediately.
3. Having an inappropriate skin or nickname is not allowed.
4. Circumventing systems in any way (e.g., creating multiple accounts to gain more residence options, exploiting bugs, etc.) is forbidden.
5. Respect the privacy of other players.
6. Bypassing achievements through intentional actions (e.g., dying on purpose or throwing away items intentionally) is prohibited.
7. Avoid building random constructions across the world, such as "Hmm, I’ll build a 5x5 wooden box here and move tomorrow, leaving it behind."
8. Stealing from other players in any form is not allowed.
9. Vulgarity, direct insults, and aggression towards other players or Admin Team members are prohibited in the chat.
10. Automatic farms must not ruin the landscape; they must be underground or styled in a visually appealing way (floating farm boxes will be removed immediately).
11. Players are not allowed to use mods, texture packs, hacked clients, or programs that provide an advantage over others (exceptions: minimap, OptiFine, shaders).
12. Cheating and hacking of any kind are strictly prohibited.
13. Circumventing the AFK system is forbidden.
14. Players are responsible for their own accounts.
15. Griefing (stealing, destroying builds, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
16. Spamming, flooding, repeating characters or groups of characters, using offensive words, and discussing inappropriate topics (e.g., drugs, alcohol, sex) in global chat is forbidden.
17. Provoking arguments or trolling in chat will result in punishment.
18. Residences/items with inappropriate names will be deleted, and the player will be punished.
19. Players have no right to question or discuss the punishments of other players.
20. Unjustified destruction of the world, leaving unfinished builds, and floating trees are not allowed.
21. Harassing or begging other players is prohibited.

Admin Team Authorities

1. Server management reserves the right to change the server rules at any time.
2. The Admin Team has the right to deny you access to the server if they suspect you of breaking the rules.
3. Breaking the rules may result in the early termination of a subscription.
4. Admins issue punishments at their discretion in favor of the server.
